YOGA CLASSES ONLINE, BRILLIANT!Lately I have been suffering with terrible pain in both my achilles tendons, I guess a result of those tiny tendons having lug this weight around. When it comes to fitness, I usually go for fast paced walking but I cannot do this until I lose weight so I thought, why not give yoga a try! I have been quite intimidated with the thought of going to a class and rolling around the floor after losing my balance, so I did a search on the internet and found this great site which has a lot of yoga class videos for free, needless to say I am going to be doing these and going for bike rides until my poor wee tendons heel. Why not have a go at a class on this website yourself!

The best part about this website is that you can plan a whole day's meals (or even a whole week), enter them into the website which will then tell you how much fat, carbs, sodium etc you are consuming so if you go say, over the allowable fat amount for the day, you can adjust your menu to suit. There is a whole directory full of foods including brands from around the world, yes, even New Zealand! When it comes to exercise, you can log your workout, then the website calculates your calories taken in and burned and gives you what you will weigh in 5 weeks time should you continue with what you are doing, this gives you MASSIVE incentive to keep on going.
