Creamy oats,thick greek yoghurt and juicy mango create a wonderful filling breakfast dish. Use any fruit you have on hand and create your own toppings! Honey and Banana, Kiwifruit, Maple Syrup, the choices are endless!
Ingredients - serves 1 1/2 cup rolled oats (raw) 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 small ripe mango 1/4 cup low fat plain greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon of pepitas 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts
Into a bowl place the oats and water and soak for 10-20 minutes until the oats have soaked most of the water, drain excess water. Top with the greek yoghurt, mango, nuts and seeds.
