I love to bake, problem is, I love to eat the baked goods. It takes a whole lot of willpower to not eat them but, if you use ingredients such as low fat spread and low GI sugar, you can cut the calories and fat content enough toallow you to have some. I only ever bake a cake if we are having a special dinner or birthday otherwise it's too tempting. When I bake I always cut the sugar content by half even if I use a low GI sugar or sugar substitute.
